HODRGEAR – Shipping Policy
Seller: HODR GEAR LIMITED (Hong Kong), trading as HODRGEAR.
Dispatch location: Orders are dispatched from Chongqing, mainland China. Our Hong Kong registered office is our company registration address, not a dispatch warehouse or a returns address.

| Processing Time | Orders placed before 13:00 Hong Kong time (UTC+8) Monday-Friday are packed and leave our warehouse the same day. Orders after that cut-off ship the next business day. |
| Shipping Partner | We ship exclusively with Yanwen Logistics (priority air service). |
| Destinations & Transit Time | Available destinations are shown at checkout. For the FIELDREST Carbon Camp Chair, estimated transit after dispatch is 6–12 business days to the contiguous United States and 6–10 business days to Germany and France. Transit times are estimates and may increase during peak periods or customs processing. |
| Shipping Cost | Standard shipping is free except for the FIELDREST Carbon Camp Chair in the following destinations: US $4.99 to the contiguous United States and US $12.99 to Germany and France. The applicable charge is shown at checkout. Adding other items or applying a merchandise discount does not automatically waive the chair shipping charge. Other destinations retain their existing checkout rates. |
| Duties & Import Taxes | We ship DAP-paid: HODRGEAR covers standard import duties and VAT/GST for the vast majority of destinations. If your local customs office unexpectedly requests payment, email us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you. |
| Tracking | A tracking link is emailed/SMS-texted automatically once the package is scanned by Yanwen (may take up to 24 h to activate). |
| Address Changes | Email info@hodrgear.com within 2 hours of purchase for any address correction. After dispatch, we cannot reroute parcels. |
| Lost / Damaged Parcels | If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details or photos. We will investigate and confirm the applicable resolution under our Return and refund policy. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights. |
| Undeliverable & Returns to Sender | Packages returned due to incorrect address or refusal will be refunded minus return shipping costs (rare because we pre-pay duties). |
