HODRGEAR – Shipping Policy

| Processing Time | Orders placed before 14:00 KST Monday-Friday are packed and leave our warehouse the same day. Orders after that cut-off ship the next business day. |
| Shipping Partner | We ship exclusively with Yanwen Logistics (priority air service). |
| Destinations & Transit Time | Free worldwide shipping to 180+ countries. Typical delivery: 5 – 7 business days to major destinations (slightly longer for remote areas or peak seasons). |
| Shipping Cost | ₩0 / US $0 – we absorb all shipping charges. |
| Duties & Import Taxes | We ship DAP-paid: HODRGEAR covers standard import duties and VAT/GST for the vast majority of destinations. If your local customs office unexpectedly requests payment, email us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you. |
| Tracking | A tracking link is emailed/SMS-texted automatically once the package is scanned by Yanwen (may take up to 24 h to activate). |
| Address Changes | Email info@hodrgear.com within 2 hours of purchase for any address correction. After dispatch, we cannot reroute parcels. |
| Lost / Damaged Parcels | • Tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the parcel? Contact us within 7 days so we can file a trace. • Items damaged in transit? Send photos within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll offer a replacement or full refund. |
| Undeliverable & Returns to Sender | Packages returned due to incorrect address or refusal will be refunded minus return shipping costs (rare because we pre-pay duties). |
